Yes, there are, depending on your circumstances. Some of these costs are paid to third parties on your behalf and some are for additional services that you might need or want as part of your property sale.
- Home Report – This is instructed from a firm of chartered surveyors and is a legal requirement for anyone selling a residential property in Scotland.
- Property Marketing Products – These include advertising on portals, For Sale Boards, Brochures and ‘Premium’ portal advertising upgrades
- Conveyancing Fees – As a firm of solicitors, we can carry out the legal work required to transfer the title of your property to the buyer. Conveyancing fees are not included in the estate agency fee and are quoted separately.
- Conveyancing Outlays – These are necessary costs incurred during the conveyancing process and are paid to third parties such as Registers of Scotland on your behalf.
