  • What is included in the selling quote? The selling quote is split into two parts: estate agency and conveyancing.  The estate agency part includes everything necessary for the sale of your property including our £600, fixed estate agency fee, any marketing materials that you would like and your Home Report. The conveyancing section is only payable when your house sells and includes our legal fees as well as any fees that have to be paid to the government.
