Fixed price estate agency regardless of the value of my property...surely that's too good to be true?
No, it's not too good to be true! We believe that somebody who owns a £300,000 property should pay the same estate agency fee as somebody who owns a £100,000 property.
Do you mean £600 plus VAT?
No, this fee includes the VAT element! You pay £600.
Aren't there other costs involved in selling a property? Yes, there are. These fees are paid to 3rd parties, however we will arrange these for you. These organisations' fees vary according to the value of your property so we can't put the exact costs here sadly. The main elements are: Home Report Fee - paid to a company of chartered surveyors (starts at £320 plus VAT) Any Additional Advertising - e.g. ESPC, newspaper advertising (these fees vary) Conveyancing/Legal Fees - £500 plus VAT Conveyancing Outlays - roughly £200 for a sale We will of course let you know the total cost of selling your property, prior to you going on the market. Are you in ESPC? We are ESPC Members and therefore can advertise your property in ESPC for you. We also advertise your property in Rightmove.co.uk, Zoopla.co.uk and many other UK-wide property websites as standard! Can you do my conveyancing for me too? We are a law firm so yes we can!
