Property Valuation Support

Our Property Valuers have strong sales skills and are great at putting people at ease during what can be quite a stressful time in their lives.

The role initially involves telephone contact with potential selling clients. You will 'qualify' that potential client, find out exactly what their needs are and then, if appropriate, book an appointment for one of our property valuers to visit their property. You will then help to prepare the valuation for our 'field' agents: researching comparable property sales in the area and, if necessary, liaising with Chartered Surveyors to ensure that our valuation is as accurate as possible.

After a period of training, you may visit our clients in their homes to deliver the valuation of the property and to discuss what we can do to market and sell their property.

A full, clean UK driving license is required. Great candidates are organised, professional, competitive, well-presented and friendly.

The role is remunerated on a salary and commission basis. Salary and commission levels depend on experience.
