MOV8 Real Estate Launches Leith Walk Branch
MOV8 Real Estate is delighted to announce the official opening of its latest branch office at 274 Leith Walk, Edinburgh.
This latest branch takes the total number of MOV8 branches to four, with additional branches on Commercial Street, Leith, Newington Road, Newington and on St John’s Road, Corstorphine.
The new branch opened its doors for the first time on 25 January 2016, and offers another location for existing and new clients to pop in and chat with the MOV8 team about all aspects of buying and selling a property as well as seeking independent mortgage advice.
Leith and its surrounds are bustling and lively areas, many of them a short distance from Edinburgh’s city centre, extremely well linked to the rest of the city by buses and trams, and they contain a fantastic variety of shops and restaurants as well as a mix of family homes, student accommodation, traditional tenements and modern flats.
MOV8’s Leith Walk branch opened in response to continually-improving property market conditions coming into 2016 and on further cements MOV8’s position as the Number 1 solicitor estate agent in Edinburgh and the Lothians through 2014 and 2015 in terms of the number of properties that it sold.
