We are delighted to announce the official opening of our latest MOV8 Real Estate branch at 88 Newington Road, on Edinburgh’s south side. The opening takes MOV8’s number of branch offices in the city to three, with additional branches in Leith and Corstorphine.
The branch has been operational since early January 2015, but we have been finishing a few small pieces of work since then with a view to our official launch which took place on 5 March 2015. We were absolutely delighted to welcome so many familiar faces to the launch party, with suppliers, colleagues and friends turning-out to raise a glass and help us to celebrate the latest addition to the MOV8 family.
Our Newington property showroom opened in response to continually improving property market conditions coming into 2015 and on the back of MOV8 enjoying its busiest January for property sales since we opened our doors in late 2007.
Newington is a fantastic area of Edinburgh, approximately fifteen to twenty minutes walk into the city centre. It’s a popular residential area, with a mix of family homes, student accommodation, traditional Victorian and Georgian tenements as well as modern flats.
This move brings us closer to buyers and sellers in the south of the city as well as Midlothian and the Scottish Borders.
